We are twin brothers Elias and George, third generation of premium olive oil producers. Our family is located in the southwestern part of the Peloponnese region, in Messenia, Greece and our unique olive oil is harvested from the exclusive variety “Koroneiki”, which is considered by many as one of the most premium of the world.

With a vision of showcasing the wealth of Messenia territory, coming from the foothills of Kyparissia, the product of our harvest is  “aξίa” [ak-sia], a unique, high quality, single variety, Extra Virgin Olive [EVOO].

“aξίa” is the Greek word for Merit

The Production

Koroneiki (Olea Europea var. microcarpa alba), the variety is considered as the “QUEEN“ is an indigenous Greek olive variety.

The olive tree blooms in the second half of April while its fruits mature from late October to late December. our cultivating and harvest practices ensure the long life of the trees, producing of fully body extra virgin olive oil of high quality and low acidity.

As a result, “aξίa” olive oil has a high concentration of antioxidants and health benefits, up to three times more total polyphenols than the average olive oil.

“aξίa” [ak-sia] /ˈvæl.juː/: is a unique-tasting extra virgin olive oil produced from the “Koroneiki” variety, harvested and pressed within 24 hours resulting in this perfectly balanced, fruity extra virgin olive, that combines the highest nutritional values.

High Nutritional Values

We are harvesting early in the season. The result is to have a primary olive oil (Agoureleon), which includes supremely high content of polyphenols, tocopherols and other types of active natural substances, such as flavonoids (e.g. apigenin), lignans (i.g., pinoresinol, acetoxypinoresinol), other secoiridoids. Ingredients, which possess unique nutritional value and mainly offer a priceless health defense.

“aξίa” taste is moderate spicy and bitter nature olive olive. You may feel its pungency mainly in the throat and a pleasant bitter taste at the base of the tongue. This is due to the high content of health protective polyphenols (mainly due to oleocanthal and oleacein).
The product has been packaged unfiltered, in order to preserve all its beneficial ingredients.

“aξίa” [ak-sia], was awarded twice in BERLIN GOOA 2022, which is one of the most prestigious and credible olive oil European competitions with Global reach. The total number of samples was 891 and “aξίa” [ak-sia] was recognized as a best-in-class product in the following two categories:
